My problem is that I have two NT PC’s on which the Caps\Num Lock LED does not light up when the caps\num lock key’s are pressed. In the early stages of the boot up both the lights seem to work, however, as soon as the O\S starts loadingthe LED’s no longer work and stick with the last toggle configuration that was set. When the user is finally logged in they can toggle the caps\num lock no problem but still the LED does not light. I’ve already tried a different keyboard and this still exhibits the same problem so I think that it is linked with the operating system\registry settings. I’ve already looked under the registry key – control panel\keyboard settings and cannot find a solution so over to you chaps for some advice.
