Having been through several mid-management “reorganizations”, I moved upon my interest in technology and received several certifications. I like working with databases, but at this point I am only certified in Goldmine. I am seeking career directionadvice. Specifically, what areas of database management do you feel have the most promise for the future, and what is required to succeed? Oracle vs. SQL? I am an MCP with NT Server 4.0 and know nothing about UNIX. However, I am most interested inbuilding value in my skills. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!
