I am recently unemployed as a Project Manager in the Telecom Field. I would like to make a career change as a Systems Administrator. I have a technical background but no formal education (degree or certifications). I have been investigating the CompTIA and Microsoft MSCE certifications. What would your recommendations be going forward to obtain the required education to work in this field?
