I recently decided to Stop being a Level One Tech at best Buy and Try Doing Phone Support for a Major Company.
My questiion is for anybody who has gone from helping many people and answering questions in person and doing simple upgrades…RAM,SYS-OPS ECT..

Did you learn more form the Help desk world or from the General upgrade world as i call it ???
