I asked earlier today for someone who might know some software I could use but wasn’t specific. Here is what I’m looking for: I want to measure the bandwidth and what availability there might be from me (my demarc) to the carrier demarc and their router at the CO. I want to make certain that what I’m paying for I’m getting. It must use Win NT 4.0
