I suspect that people scoring 4 on all questions are just about impossible to live with, and the sooner they network themselves off to another position the better their co-workers will feel. The best business teams contain different characters and there are plenty of positions where the job would not be given to a rabid Networker. So don’t feel too bad if it turns out that you are not the worlds greatest Networker.
