CCNA Training for Job role

By CiscoPractitioner ·
Hi everyone,

I've recently past my CCNA exam but am short on experience in nearly all aspect of fulfilling my job role.

So I was wondering if any of the expereinced heads can guide me.

What is the most important tools and softwares used/needed to daignose or troubleshoot problems and everyday uses?

what is the best material for me to practice or read on real live situations?

How does everyone learn or improve on thier skills, real live lab equipment a must or from on job training?

Anymore tips and tricks or useful information would be more then welcome

You can apply for this position, but not sure if you will be acceptable,as it dependes on how yor mind is arranged, not only on what certificate you have.

Working as Technical Support Engineer

I have a CCNA certification and 3 MCP's, CompTia A+ but I am working as a Support Engineer for an ISP. In the current market it is getting very difficult to get an entry role in Networking jobs. It is best to have some sort of hands on experience(unaid/voluntary) to prove abiltiy to cope in a busy environment.
