CD autoplay?

Hello. Is there a way to get my cd drives to play a cd when I put it in? I remember this feature used to be on, but for some reason it has stopped…is there some way for me to change this? Also, I recall that if I typed something in the RUN feature, then a menu or something would pop up that enabled me to set settings for start menu, startup, etc…does anyone know this command?
