CD Drive error after reload

I have a Windows NT 4.0 Server box that does not recognize the cd drive. Everytime that I try to access the CD drive I get the error “D:\ is not accessible. The parameter is incorrect.” The CD drive worked properly proir to the reload. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
