Device Manager says the device is working properly however when I put a disc (audio, data, movie, anything) in the drive it will not read it. If I attempt to write to a disc all the files say they are ready to be written to a CD but when I put a blank CD in the drive it says there is no CD in the drive? Any suggestions? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for the device.
