This is a new(3 months old)Dell Inspiron 1545 and every 60 seconds the cd/dvd makes a noise like it is reading the cd/dvd that might be in the device. if you remove the cd/dvd it stops making the noise.This does it even when you are using other programs.Dell tried installing new drivers and updating bios.Now they want to clear windows vista and reinstall vista and they want to charge me to save data on computer.
Isn’t there a better way to do this.
