Hi guys,
My computer is not able to detect the CD/DVD drive. Tried all the troubleshooting steps like deleting UPPER FILTER/LOWER FILTER. RE-installing drivers for the drive and checked the connection. But still not able to detect the drive. Any suggestion how to fix this issue other than Re-installing the OS.
