When I try to eject the disc it says that it?s currently in use (it?s not).
When I try to explore the disc it says there is no disc. I?ve tried different discs- using the emergency release (laptop) and it still does the same thing.
I?ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drive and drivers (yes they are up to date).
Everywhere I check it says that the device is working properly.
I noticed this problem when I was going to do a file back up? inserted a new disc? copied files? than when I went to burn to disc- this happened and it?s been that way ever since.
Any ideas?
