Hi,
I have not added anything or deleted anything to the computer so this is driving me crazy. I can not get my cd rom drives, I have 2, to play. Both the D and E drives, no matter what I do, will not play a music CD. Even when I go to My Computer and click on the drive, it will, with drive D, ask me to insert a CD, and with drive E, lock up for about 7 minutes, before shutting down.
I have to burn 40 CD’s for an upcoming birthday party, the cd’s are going inside the goodie bags, and I don’t know what i’ll do if I can’t fix this.
Help please.
