CDROM IN WINNT SERVER 4.0

I installed Winnt Server 4.0 Service Pack 6 on a Server machine installe with L440GX motherboard. What I did that I copied \I386 directory on a empty partitiion of the hard disk and ran setup from there. But in the end I came up with a problem that I did not find my CDROM in my computer. Can anybody tell my how this problem can be solved. Thanks.
