I have a Creative 5X PC-DVD Dxr2 DVD Rom installed. The drivers for the DVD show up in the Sound, Video and Game Controllers system devices but the CDROM does not show up in the system devices. Therefore I do not have use of the CD/DVD drive. I believe this might be a resource problem but I don’t know where to go to resolve it. The DVD is chained with a Seagate tape drive on the same IDE and the dual hard drives are chained on a separate IDE. The DVD is designed as a master.
