One of my users came to me with a problem regarding a CD. She obtained the CD from a printing firm whom run MAC’s. Apparentely the files on the CD were Paint ShopPro files. When the CD is inserted and we try and access the D drive we get the following error message:
D:\is not accessible
incorrect function
We do not run any MAC’s at our office…. just PC’s. Could this be a compatibility problem
Any help would be gratefully received
