I bought a computer about 5 months ago. my cdrw/dvd rom works but somtimes when i put in certain discs it doesnt do anything i go to my computer it says there’s a disc in there but when i click on it it is displayed like a blank disc. I tried cleaning and my warranty is void. this all happened after i reformated my computer.
