CDs dissapear after SP4 installed

Hi,

all my CDs dont show up anymore after installation of Servicepack 4 (W2K).
Error-Code 31

I cant roll back, because silly me, have not ticked for the backup.

Doesnt seam to be a driver problem, since the CD uses standard cdrom.sys.

Any ideas how to procede ?
