I remember a discussion where the technology behind websites for these smaller screen devices were more difficult to code. ( sub-topic in a discussion )
While printing DTD’s from the W3C site I found a specification designed to make this actually much easier.
A write once for computer, cell phone and pda browsing. They are calling it the Compound Document Formats or CDF.

Though it is a bit odd.. the page itself isn’t readable for me at 1280 by 1024. The font is way to small.
