Certification!

If I am not mistaken, MCSE for NT4.0 will be obsolete by the end of this year, after which you will have to re-certify in Windows 2000.

Depending on your interests, you might consider doing MCSE for Windows 2000 (more Software & Operating System directed), or a Cisco course (more hardware related), or even a Java course (programming related). This will also be dependent on the amount of money you would / could spend.

If you do not have a clear picture of what exactly you want to do, lookin the classifieds of your local newspaper or browse through a job site and see what is in high demand (and what they are offering!)

Hope this helps - and good luck!

Windows NT4 Server cerver certs will be retired in Dec,and there will not be an MCP certification, you will have to obtain certification for MCSE Win2K
Consider studying for any of the three certifications
CCNA
CISCO
WIN2K-which will require thatyou get some on hand expierence.
Try getting hired in the field and then determine what area of certification that will best be needed for the area and the type of job you prefer.
