I’ve got a CNE & a CCNA and I’m still stuck in a deadend 2nd tier support gig. I’ve got about 10 years experience in client/server support but no one will give me the time of day when it comes to an opportunity to work in network operations. With limited internetworking experience, no one will take me seriously as a viable candidate; so, how do I get any experience if no one gives me a chance?
