    Certified or not.?

    Are certiifed IT people Better than self trained?
    If so why?
    If not why?

      I think self trained is better because that person has shown a willingness to dig into and find out about a technology as opposed to sitting in a class and passing a test.

      I could be biased since I fall into the self-trained category.
