Recently I had a discussion with one of my good friends who is also an IT Professional. My opinion is that you need a Bachaelors Degree (Business, IT, Accounting etc) to get ahead in IT Industry and my friend seems to think that Certs hold a higher value in todays times versus a B.S. Degree. I agree that certs are important but only when combined with a formal education. We would love to hear from other industry experts for their feedback.
