When I change a contacts e-mail address in Outlook XP, the contact record shows the new address but when a new mail message is addressed, the old address is inserted. A check on the properties of the contact shows that the new address is recorded against the contact. Where else is the address stored ??? Why does Outlook have this memory effect??
