In Outlook 2000 I have imported 400+ contacts from a csv file. All the contacts are now last name, first name even though I set the default ‘File As’ in ‘options|contact options’ to ‘Company (last name, first name)’ before importing. Can I change them all to ‘File As’=’Company (last name, first name)’ without having to go to each one individually?
