Change folder path for Outlook.pst in du

I have a PC which is setup to dual boot between Win98SE and W2k. The partitions are setup like this: Disk 1 > Partition 1 (C:) Win98SE; Disk 1 > Partition 2 (D:) W2k. I am using Outlook 2000 and would like to access the same Personal Folder file, Outlook.pst, from both Operating Systems without exporting/importing. Is there a way to change the default path for the outlook.pst. I can see the path when you go into folder properties but cannot change it. I haven’t tried a registry search for it yet to see where it sits, but wanted to start here first.
