Change IE settings

By Gigelul ·
Hi,

I use a laptop to manage 2 different networks and every time when I connect to the network I need to check/change the IE settings using Tools\Internet_Options\Connection\LAN_Settings to modify proxy settings.

Know somebody a way to do this using a batch/script file?

Thanks,
Florinel

Sure use this:

Regedit.bat

File has:

Regedit /s C:\Proxy\setpxy.reg

SETPXY.REG

File has:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
"ProxyServer"="<your proxy IP address>:8080"
"ProxyEnable"=dword:00000001
"ProxyOverride"="<local>"

Simply place your settings in those registry key values.
