Change NT Command prompt directory

DOH! I know this is bound to be a no brainer, but I have posed with this question, and after fruitlessy searching I have come up empty handed, how can I hack a NT command prompt to open up from C:\WINNT to C:

goto control panel and select the console icon and configure your dos prompt properties

Thanks, I checked, can't change directory there.

Find the Start menu shortcut for command prompt. Go to Properties, Shortcut tab, and change the "Start in" directory.
