When I went to remove a program through control panel, I found that most of the programs were missing the change/remove buttons. All programs were there. I checked the registry and in the approp place the only programs that showed were the ones that did have the buttons. I tried running sfc /scannow but that didn’t appear to do anything after running. Any help would be greatly appreciated
