Change W2k domain admin password

My current Admin password is ridiculously simple and I’d like to switch it out for a more complex/secure one.

How would I go about this and what are the possible/probable ramifications?

I’ve heard that some services (mainly backup services) may be using the admin password and may need to be updated .That shouldn’t be a problem.
