Changing a Cell Result to a Static Value

I need to find a way to convert a formula result to a static value without copying and pasting value only.

In other words, once the formula has produced the result, it needs to remain the same regardless of how the values in the cells used to obtain that result change.

Once it’s there, it’s locked down as a value not a result.
