Well, since you run the servers in a single domain, then changing the domain Administrator password is easy. Open up User Manager for Domains on your PDC (I like to change passwords only from the PDC; you don't have to do it that way, you can do it from a BDC also. Just a quirk of mine!). Select the Administrator account. In the Password and Confirm Password fields, type in the new password, then click OK. Next, open up Server Manager on the PDC. Select the PDC from the Servers list. Click on Computer -> Synchronize Entire Domain. Click Yes, then OK.
Now, if you want to change the Local Administrator password on each server (since each WinNT Server has its own local Administrator which is different from the Domain Administrator account), there are a few approaches you can take. 1) You can go toeach server, open up User Manager, make sure the local machine is selected (so you only see the local machine accounts instead of the domain accounts), and change the password there. 2)You could use a product I like called Dameware NT Utilities. Itwill let you connect to each machine remotely, and modify their local user accounts. So, you could run Dameware, sit at your desk, and bring up each server's user list. You can then select the local Administrator account on each server and change the password. Dameware can be found at www.dameware.com
There are probably other applications out there that can do this, as well as Resource Kit tools, but these are just off the top of my head.
Before you change your administrator password be sure to check all of your services on all servers just in case they use the administrator account to start up. If they do you must also change the password here.
