changing background colour

By heinkeljb ·
I would like to be able to change the background colour of win 95/98 workstations depending on the user logging on. If a particular user logs on, the background colour is, say red. If a different user logs on then the background colour would change. They workstations log on to an NT4 server using a logon script. Can I use a script? If so, what do I put in it?

If these users have individual logins can you not do it at the desktop using profiles ?

In a Netware environment it logs in the PC's user settings/desktop etc at the same NDS authenticates and runs it's script.

It has given me another possible solution to my problem, I will see if I can get it to work.
(I am confused by the ratings / leaving question open bit of this forum - don't mean to seem ungrateful, just would like more answers)
