The Exchange server use Domain admin as the service account. Create a new account for the Exchange with appropriate Exchange service permission. Added this new acct. to Exchange server site and configuration mpermisson. Changed all the Exchange services to this new acct. Stopped all the exchange services and restarted all successfully. I removed the Domain admin acct. from Exchange server site and Configuration permission. Stopped all the exchange services and restarted all successfully.
Now,the domain admin should not has the right to login any mailboxes? But it did!!
