Changing file name on an XP computer

We had an employee named Chris Smith leave about two weeks ago. Although I have changed his name to his replacement’s name (Angela) in Microsoft Office and in the Windows User Account settings under Control Panel, files that Angela creates and then save to her C drive have a file path that still says, for example,

C:\Documents and Settings\Chris Smith\My Documents\samplefile.doc

Where do I need to go to change Chris Smith’s name to Angela Jones?

I’m new to all of this tech-type stuff.
