Changing nic speed remotely?

Hey guys,
We’re having an issue at our site where our workstations are not negotiating correctly with our switches and we’re going to have to change the nic speeds. Anyone know of a quicker way then remotely managing these machines, like with wmic or net shell? Thanks guys!
