We currently use an external POP3 email service and the clients are using Outlook 2003 as their email clients. I would like to bring the email server in house using the open source version of Zimbra. Still debating on doing pop3 or IMAP.
Is there a way in Active Directory to change the email server settings on each client. I looked at the group policy ADM file for outlook but from what I can tell it’s really geared for Exchange. I’m looking for the easiest way to change 40 email clients to point to this new internal server with out touching each client. Any ideas??
