To whom it may concern:
A co-employee of mine made a poster in publisher to fit 11″ x 17″. He now decided that he would like it to be 8.5″ x 11″. I changed every possible setting on the setup, but it isn’t printing right. It’s printing on 8.5″ x 11″, but it’s actually only printing that much of the 11″ x 17″. I have tried everything. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
