Changing System Settings through Program

Manually we can change the network adapter property by going to
Settings -> System Properties -> Network Adapter Properties -> Device Usage: Disable in this hardware profile (to be checked manually). How can we change the same through VB programming (checking the ” Disable in this hardware profile” property of a network adapter in Win98)
