Hi !
I want to change the Background using Pictures as my Background. I am using Outlook 98.
I tried with creating a new mail and then Insert background as picture. At that time i can see it but when i send it to someone, they receive it as attachment and Background is No more with picture but only white Background.
Give all the details for this, also for receiver is their any requirement in change of mail format(HTML,Plain Text)?
Can anybody using any of the mail client can see the Background?
