Changing the home drive

OK,
I added a hard drive and upgraded to XP about two years ago. When I installed XP on the new HD it made f: the system drive.
A. How do I change it back to be c:?
B. How do I set all of my apps to look at c:?
C. how do I change programs to believe they are on c: instead of F:?

I just want the system to be like any other normal system with C: as its main drive.
