Changing the IP on Server

When you are running NAVCE, Exchange Server, SQL Server,Backup Exec, before changing the IP on the server, what steps do I need to take before restarting any of these services or restarting??
What precautions do I need to take before making the IP change?. What changes do I need make to Exchange/SQL/NAVCE/BackupExec to make this process run smoothly??
