I recently created a new user account on my Win XP Pro SP2 computer. I logged into the new account and changed several settings such as which programs load for this account and disabling Themes. For some reason, it made the exact same changes to my other account. Why is Windows keeping me from adjusting these settings individually? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
