Changing user privileges on LAN PCs

Hi,

I am wondering if it’s possible, through the System Policy Editor on the Windows NT 4.0 server, to globally change our domain user privileges for our networked staff that would grant them the ability to update their system clocks?

I am trying to write a logon script that would synchronize all LAN PCs clocks with our server, but I am getting a “System Error 1314… A required privilege is not held by the client.” on each client I attempt to connect through the script.

If possible, detailed instructions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
