I have a laptop wit a damaged and internally disconnected cd-rom drive.
Since disconnecting it,cld boots take 10 mins or more.
I wonder of changing the boot sequence to look for files on the hard drive first will speed things up.
But on rebooting I the keyboard does not seem to work so I can’t boot into the BIOS settings.
Is there a way of changing the boot seqience,perhaps with third party software, whist looged on??
