charges/costs

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help?, I am new to software developement(C# VS.Net 2003)
and have beeen approached by a few companies regarding e-commerce sites with and without shopping cart
facilities, i do not know how much to charge?? and just wondered if there was any software out there
to calculate, charge rate, billing etc.???
