Usually when I quote for a job I get asked to do a load of other tasks also. Some are very quick, eg my printer wont work and some are lenghty eg I’ve lost all my excel files.
So here is the scenario, I quote, get the job, do it them while I am still there they ask can I look at XYZ also. So to keep the client sweet I do. What have you found is the best way to deal with this and more importantly get paid for the extra?
I want to keep the client but also want to get paid.
