Chassis intruded!

hi every one, i am having a problem with my computer... during bootup i always encounter "chassis intruded!" message that doesn't contunue on windows... I already used the chassis intrussion feature of my motherboard but it does'nt fix the problem... I am using asus motherboard p5v800-mx. 512ddr400 and 256ddr333, 2.8Ghz intel processor. i want to know what are the cause of this problem, is there any possible solution? I know any body can fix my problem.... thanks in advance....

Quite Simple really

The BIOS has the Chassis Intrusion Enabled and there is no switch connected tot he M'Board so on start up the System hangs on the Error.

You need to enter the BIOS and Disable the Chassis Intrusion feature and save the changes as you Exit the BIOS.

That should stop this message appearing. This is Hardware Related and has nothing at all to do with any installed software.

it was also set on my asus mobo and i get it whenever I take off my sidepanel. there is an option to turn it off as well as a jumper to set it off. check the asus docs.
