When I start my Emachines T2682 I recieve a checksum Error.. 0252 CMOS checksum bad. When I press F1 to continue it says operating system not found.
I have restored the Defaults in the BIOS setup but nothing has changed.
I do have a restore Disk and an OS disc from HP, not Emachines.. Will either of these help?
I have changed the battery, and now it will not power up.. Any hints?
